Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 27, 2026
Overview
Dad Mission ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep things simple because we believe privacy policies should be readable by actual humans.
What We Collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the Dad Mission program:
- •Email address — when you subscribe to updates or create an account.
- •Name — if you provide it during sign-up or checkout.
- •Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- •Mission progress data — which missions you've completed, badges earned, and quiz results.
- •Basic analytics — page views and general usage patterns via privacy-focused analytics (Umami). No cookies are used for tracking.
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect any data about your children. The Dad Pillar Assessment quiz collects information about your parenting approach — not about your kids. No names, ages, photos, or identifying information about children is ever collected, stored, or shared.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- •Deliver the Dad Mission program and track your progress.
- •Process your one-time purchase or donation via Stripe.
- •Send you program updates if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- •Improve the program based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate Dad Mission:
- •Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- •Umami Analytics — for privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and encrypted database storage. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- •Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- •Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- •Unsubscribe from email communications at any time.
- •Contact us with any privacy concerns.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Dad Mission after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
